This steak necklace was inspired by Mark Ryden's series of paintings called "The Meat Show". The talented jewellery maker behind TheSpangledMaker has actually had a strange life long relationship with meat. Artistically, she appreciates the beauty of meat and is looking forward to making more pieces using different cuts of meat. However, the thought of ingesting it is a little scary for her, causing her to be an on and off again vegetarian for the past 15 years.
